TWO STRINGER LIGHTWEIGHT ESCAPEWAY
Wilshaw have just designed and certified a new light weight escapeway The new light weight escapeway have been destructively tested at an approved NATA facility to prove integrity of connections.
The new design has led to reducing costs from the manufacturing process through to the transport.
The new escapeway is small enough to fit into a 1.06m diameter raisebore yet large enough to accommodate persons wearing a cap lamp battery, self-rescuer and BG4 ERT members can also raise/lower emergency stretchers through the new escapeway design.
