JOIN OUR TEAM: GRADUATE / JUNIOR STRUCTURAL / CIVIL ENGINEER (FULL-TIME)
We're looking for a motivated Graduate / Junior Structural / Civil Engineer to join our team.
About the role
- Work on diverse business-critical projects, working closely within a team of industry experts who are dedicated to mentoring the future talent of our business
- Help provide efficient, innovative and practical design solutions to a wide variety of complex mineral process plant, plant upgrades and modifications in accordance with design briefs and directions
- Deliver technical support commensurate with experience on all stages of a product from research and development to design completion, manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in structural/civil engineering
- Excellent analytical & problem solving capability
- Experience using project management tools to track design projects
- Advanced computer skills using various design software
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to maintain up-to-date knowledge on regulations & technical advancement
- Maturity to apply a flexible and sensitive approach to client and contractors to meet client needs and respond to contractor queries effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build sound and effective working relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues
- Collaborative team player
